We had an amazing stay at this hotel, which exceeded our expectations. the luxurious amenities, including the spa and outdoor swimming pool, added to the overall relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. the beachfront location and spacious sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the stunning views. the attentive service of the staff ensured that all of our needs were met, including the delicious restaurant cuisine and in-room breakfast.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of free Wi-Fi, which we felt should have been included in the price for the room. this did not significantly detract from our enjoyable stay.

As a budget traveler, I loved the affordable rates at JW Marriott. The hotel had a large pool and beach access, perfect for relaxation. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The food served by the beach was delicious and ordering with my phone was convenient.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with plenty of options and great service. I especially loved the freshly squeezed juices. I had a great stay at Marriott Cancun.

The hotel is conveniently located near Market 28 shops, making it easy to explore and shop. Guests can also enjoy a delicious meal at the Argentine restaurant on the premises, offering a taste of South American cuisine. Additionally, the hotel is right on the beach, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the ocean without being disturbed by thumping music.

Some guests have noted that the pool/beach staff was not very attentive, which may affect the overall experience.

Being on the ocean front, the hotel had the most beautiful beach that I have ever seen. The location was ideal, being close to the Flea Market and providing easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were impressive with a large and clean swimming pool. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Nothing it was perfect.

The staff was polite and helpful. Hotel, pool, and rooms beautiful and clean. Great location with a perfect view from the balcony. Ocean view room was gorgeous. Room service twice everyday.

Everything was spot on.

Good facilities, restaurants, and private beach access. In-hotel shop offers treats. Beach has ample seating. Hotel staff is helpful. Conveniently located for shopping and dining.

The hotel was absolutely stunning with amazing service from the friendly staff. the rooms were renovated and clean, and had beautiful views. the location was perfect, close to popular shopping areas and attractions. One of the best aspects was the breakfast, which was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also loved the expansive pool area, it was never crowded and there were plenty of seats available.

One of the things I disliked about the hotel was the lack of entertainment in the evenings, especially for younger children. It could get quite boring at night.

My 50th birthday trip to JW Marriott was life changing. The staff was attentive and amazing, and upgraded me to the best room in the house, the Presidential Suite. The hotel is well-maintained with attention to detail. The spa, pools, restaurants, and live music made for an amazing stay. I made lifelong connections and felt safe and blessed. Highly recommended.

The club level room was amazing, with 3 meals, snacks, open bar, and access to the spa. The hotel, pool, and grounds were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were recently renovated and beautifully decorated, creating a romantic atmosphere for our escape. We especially loved the spacious bathroom, although the shower was a bit dark. the wifi worked well throughout the property, including the pool and parts of the beach. Additionally, the check-in/out process was smooth and efficient.

One downside was that as a loyal member of a certain hotel chain, we didn't have access to a specific lounge and were disappointed by the arrival gift of continental breakfast. the noise insulation between the floors was also lacking, as we were frequently disturbed by the noise from the room above us.

The hotel had beautiful, recently renovated rooms with relaxing decor. The bathrooms were impressive and the pools were fantastic. The beach was clean and the staff was always attentive, offering great pool service. The servers remembered our names and never left us waiting for service. The hotel also had a tremendous selection of drinks at their lobby bar.

The spa service was way below average and overpriced.

Amazing staff, attentive service, upgraded room, well maintained facilities, magical experience, beautiful location.
